How Do I Place an Order?

How Do I Place A Custom Art Order?

Custom Art is a wonderful way of customizing a piece of art to fit your home or office, perfectly. 

 To begin the process, if you're in Austin, I like to view the space. 

While I'm in your space I will talk to you in depth about what you're looking for, what your vision is and what I'm able to do for you. 

Once we come to an agreement on size, color, vision and price, I will take a 50% deposit up front, that's non refundable. 

I will collect the remaining 50% fee with tax once the art has been completed and you're 100% happy with the art!

Payment and Shipping

We take Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express and also accept Paypal, Venmo and Cash App.

Local pick up can be arranged after the purchase.

If shipping outside of Austin,  packing and shipping fees apply according to the size and weight of the package. I have all shipments professional packaged and shipped by a 3rd party, UPS, FedEx or a Freight Company.

 

 

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your art. You can exchange any art purchase within 7 days of receipt or use the credit towards a custom piece of art. No refunds.

Custom Art is non-refunable or exchangable.
