What are the Gallery Hours?

Currently the gallery is open by appointment only 7 days a week. We try to be as flexible as possible, so please call or text 512-588-2787 with a date and time you're available or email us Art@EricaWildman.com. 

 
How Do I Place an Order?

Art and Accessories can all be purchased directly through www.EricaWildman.com or you can call the Gallery directly at 512.588.2787. 

  

How Do I Place A Custom Art Order?

Custom Art is a wonderful way of customizing a piece of art to fit your home or office, perfectly. 

If you're in Austin, Erica will come to the space to view it and get a vibe for your style. If you're outside of Austin and or prefer she will do a video call or you can send her photos of the room for her to preview.

After she previews the space she will talk to you in depth about your vision and what she can do for you.

Once an agreement has been made on size, color, style and price a 50% non refundable deposit will be taken up front.

The remaining 50% due will be paid once the artwork has been completed and approved by the client. 

​If there is a piece of artwork you've seen online or in person that you want Erica to recreate, you can skip the house call or video chat and call her at the gallery at (512) 588-2787. 

Payment and Shipping

We take Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express and also accept Paypal, Venmo and Cash App.

Local pick up can be arranged after the purchase.

If shipping outside of Austin, packing and shipping fees apply according to the size and weight of the package. All shipments are professionally packaged and shipped by a 3rd party, UPS, FedEx or a Freight Company.

 

 

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your art. You can exchange any art purchase within 7 days of receipt or use the credit towards a custom piece of art. No refunds.

Custom Art is nonrefundable or exchangeable.
